The Jaguar Land Rover New Zealand Retailer of the Year Awards returned to Auckland on 2 May, bringing together the country’s leading retailers to celebrate excellence across sales, service, customer experience and leadership.
Held at Shed 10, the annual event recognised the top-performing teams and individuals across the national network, highlighting a year of strong performance and rising standards across all areas of the business.
Duncan & Ebbett Hamilton emerged as the standout performer of the evening, reclaiming the coveted Supreme Retailer of the Year title. The win marks a return to the top for the Waikato dealership, who last held the title in 2023.

While Hamilton claimed the top honour, Archibald & Shorter Greenlane delivered a dominant performance across the operational categories, taking home five awards on the night.
These included Service Team of the Year and Parts Team of the Year, alongside individual recognition for Service Advisor of the Year, Karim Jivani, and Sales Executive of the Year, Nick Kumarasinghe.
