We are pleased to offer our Continuous Care programme to Land Rover drivers.

Continuous Care offers guaranteed fixed pricing on essential services at any of our authorised New Zealand retailers, as well as many other long-term additional benefits such as complimentary Warrant of Fitness checks and AA Roadside Assistance memberships, to make looking after your vehicle easier and more cost effective for you.

OUR FIXED PRICE SERVICING

Upon completion of your 5 Year Service Plan, we recommend you maintain your scheduled servicing.
So you can have peace of mind that you are paying the Land Rover approved standard rates, we offer two service packages to cater to all vehicles*:

Our service work will only be carried out by our highly trained and dedicated Land Rover technicians, who will service your vehicle to our exacting standards using state-of-the-art equipment.

Pricing includes all parts and labour costs associated with the following:


  1. Service Inspection

  2. Oil filter, replacement

  3. Engine oil, replacement

  4. Diagnostic systems check

  5. Windscreen washer fluid

  6. Wash and interior vacuum

  7. Consumables and top up maintenance fluids up to 500mls

  8. Maintenance wear items will be inspected for condition (manufacturer recommended service interval items will also be reviewed. Identified items will be quoted with repair options pending customers authorization).

PERSONAL CARE

DISCOUNTED PARTS AND LABOUR

Receive 15% off parts and labour costs associated with any repair work carried out on your vehicle
(applies to parts & labour over and above the Fixed Price Service items – as listed).

COMPLIMENTARY WARRANT OF FITNESS

Receive a complimentary Warrant of Fitness when you maintain your scheduled servicing.

COMPLIMENTARY HEALTH CHECK

Receive a health check during every service, to ensure proactive maintenance of your vehicle. Our friendly team of service advisors will provide you with an assessment of your vehicle and be on-hand to answer any queries you may have.

COMPLIMENTARY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

Our partnership with the AA means that we can provide extensive roadside assistance if needed. Not only providing assistance with issues such as flat tyres, lockouts or breakdowns, we will ensure transport of your vehicle to the nearest approved Land Rover retailer as required, regardless of who is driving.

COMPLIMENTARY VEHICLE WASH

Whilst in our care, we will also complete an exterior wash and vacuum prior to delivery.

ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORT

Land Rover’s approved service centres provide a range of transport options while your vehicles are being serviced. Select the best option to suit your needs on the day of the service.

CAMPAIGN REVIEW

Land Rover is continually looking for vehicle improvements based on customer feedback. Complimentary update campaigns may be available to you to enhance your vehicle.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
